Services start at $10 USD and are individually quoted based on the requested configuration and level of support. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Your quote will identify the final price, whether the purchase is one-time or recurring and, for recurring services, the billing interval and renewal date. We do not charge until you approve the quote. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe; Sigma Servers does not receive your complete card number.
VPN and VPS services are delivered electronically through access credentials and setup instructions. Technical-support services are delivered remotely at an agreed time. The expected activation or appointment timeframe is included in your quote or order confirmation. No physical goods are shipped, so physical returns and exchanges do not apply.
If we cannot deliver the purchased service as described, contact us promptly so we can correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund. Refund eligibility for a customer-requested cancellation depends on whether server resources, credentials, or scheduled support have already been provided and will be disclosed with the quote. To request a refund or dispute a charge, email us with your name, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
You may cancel a recurring VPN or VPS service before its next renewal by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges and service remains available through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your quote. Completed billing periods and consumed server resources are not prorated unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing. One-time support appointments may be rescheduled or canceled before work begins.
By purchasing or using a service, you agree to the service description, quote, billing term, and policies shown here. Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Customers may not use a VPN or VPS for unauthorized access, malware, spam, harassment, infringement, attacks, fraud, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt networks or services. Customers must follow applicable laws, software licenses, game rules, and third-party platform terms. We may suspend service used in violation of these requirements.
Network speed, latency, availability, and compatibility depend on third-party networks, customer equipment, software, location, and other conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee access to any particular game, website, streaming platform, or geographic content. Minecraft and other referenced product names belong to their respective owners; Sigma Servers is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by them.

Information you provide is used to review your request, prepare quotes, deliver and support services, process and document transactions, communicate about your account, assist with referral-based onboarding, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Information shared directly with us may be disclosed to service providers, including our payment processor, when reasonably necessary to process payments, operate or support our services, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
